Leslie received her PhD degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, her MA degree from the University of California at Davis, and her BA degree from 花儿直播 College of San Rafael. She joined the faculty at 花儿直播 in 1985 and has served as the program chair for art history since 1987. Leslie offers numerous courses in art history at the undergraduate level and also graduate seminars in 花儿直播鈥檚 Master of Arts Program in the Humanities. A recognized scholar, her publications include six books to date on medieval art, the art and architecture of the world鈥檚 religions, and text/image relationships in the history of art/communication.
