Rajeev serves as associate dean and professor of international business in the Barowsky School of Business where he has successfully led the School to receive AACSB accreditation. He also served as the founding director of the Healthcare MBA program and the founding faculty of the Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship minor. Rajeev is an outstanding teacher and has been the recipient of five teaching excellence awards.

Previously, he taught at leading universities such as Penn State University and University of California Berkeley, and advised senior money managers in New York City. As a scholar, Rajeev was awarded a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program fellowship in 2020-2021 to conduct research on innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa. He has published award-winning research in numerous peer-reviewed journals and presented at Stanford, Oxford and at various international conferences including the Academy of International Business. With 10+ years of experience in management consulting and as a Harvard graduate alum, he advises Bay Area companies and small businesses and multinationals globally.
