Mail Services
Mail Services serves the entire campus community as the central hub for all mail arriving to campus.
Student Services
- Providing resident students with individual mailboxes. Students living in campus housing can have a mailbox on campus. Please stop by the mailroom to retrieve your mailbox key. Once students move off campus, the key is to be returned.
- Sending mail. Students may send out mail through the mailroom if it is already stamped and/or has a pre-paid label. Mail Services will assist with the weighing of outgoing self-stamped envelopes and packages
- Accepting parcels.
- Processing all incoming student mail.

Sending Packages
- USPS letters must be received by 3 p.m. to go out that same day.
- UPS pre-paid must be in by 3 p.m. to go out that same day.
- Other couriers do not have scheduled daily pick-ups. There is a Fed Ex located at 777 Grand Ave.
Receiving Packages
- Packages may be picked up Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- »¨¶ùÖ±²¥ University of California is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, perishables, or packages that require refrigeration. It is your responsibility to refuse or file claims for packages that arrive open or damaged. We do not accept online grocery or meal deliveries (i.e. InstaCart, Caviar, Uber Eats, etc.)
- Only residential students may receive packages.
- You will receive an email from noreply@pb.com when your package has been processed and is available for pick-up.
- If the result of tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received an email from noreply@pb.com, it means your package has not been processed.
- You must present your student ID to pick up packages — no exceptions. Only the student may pick-up their own package. You cannot pick-up a package addressed to someone else.
